Being deep into Z1's for decades has the effect of routinely humbling us 'cause of stuff like that.  Thanks for sharing!

Interesting, but I think I will stick with the DOHC cover on my bikes

I think this is another example of "cultural differences in style" not translating. A lot of bikes I have seen pictures of that have been built in Asia Pacific and Japan look more like the contents of a pole dancers "vajazzle" collection than anything that we would interpret as being "classy or desirable"

I just thought I should post that to see the eventual reactions.

I agree with the "melt it down" comment, looks like crap especially to anybody who wants to restore a Z1.

What popped into my head is that's a good way to break your thumb. LOL
They're kinda  like bull cojones you see on lifted trucks on the FWY. Can we say tacky, poor taste or just plain disgusting?

Should market that mechanical art to the Harley crowd, would eat it up. Not the Older crowd "real" riders, the young sprouts.

Not on this edition urank, only on the "Deluxe" version. This is just the Basic Knuckle Sandwich version. Deluxe version middle finger is centrifugally operated via ignition advance at engine rpm's over 8K and can double as foreword controls for shorter inseam riders. Comes with matching Alternator cover and a "Stuff or Not" solenoid operated 4-1 baffle plate.

Could make an effective, although short-lived cornering feeler if so.
