It was a beautiful thing!

Me, MadKaw1200, dblhdr and Jeff went for a ride in Missouri yesterday and had a great ride. Lots of twisties and hills on hwy 94 between St Charles and Augusta.
This time I managed to get some road shots. Not very easy to ride the curves and take photos at the same time.

Riding the ferry: Those limestone bluffs in the background are directly above the Great River Road. (I call it my driveway).

Right after this shot was taken, a wave crashed up under the barge and doused Madkaw's leg real good.:laugh: He had to ride the rest of the way home with a soaking wet leg.

We always have a great ride wherever we go, and I'm looking forward to riding with them again. This ride came up on very short notice and we invited a few others to join us, but being it's the Labor Day weekend, they all had other plans.
We'll have to start planning a fall ride soon, so we can get as many KZ's as we can buzzin down the road.
I didn't get any of the serious twisty shots, because I tend to like having both hands on the bar when I lean her over. I need some kind of helmet cam with a thumb button on the bar.
