If that doesn't work try this. (Here's a pic I took when I had the privilege of a private tour before restoration):

Now that would be worth the cost of admission! That would be cool to have seen. Such a historic airplane!

Wow, that's awesome Ed. Where is she kept? I just finished posting my pictures of the overnight that my son and I did on the USS Lexington. Check it out in the Chit Chat section if you are so inclined. Ever read "Flyboys"? I learned a lot about the Japanese Theater of WWII from that book.

I'd like to know too. That right there is a multi-million dollar restoration. Who has it, CAF?
Good find on the fuel flow Josh. It sounds like you stretching the old girls legs a little more. How to the brakes and suspension feel?

The brakes are still bedding in, but they feel very good already. It's requires a little more effort to stop than the ninja, but it's 100 lbs heavier.
So far the suspension feels great. I'm really pleased with the ride at subdivision speed. I'm guessing that I will have to dial in a little preload when I start checking it. Probably need a little more dampening once my speed increases. The baseline settings from Race Tech seem to work quite well, but I do notice a little more brake dive than I'm used to on the ninja. I'm sure that adjustments will take care of that stuff.

friend has one. he says it won't wheelie at slow speed. hard to get the front end over logs and such. otherwise not bad.

I got a pretty good chirp out of it. I need to go back tomorrow and see how much of a mark it left.

I didn't notice it flexing, but I was shocked that I had locked up the back tire. That had my attention.
