zukdave...haven't had a chance to try it yet. Its mounted and ready to go but waiting on a chain. Was going to redo the bike from frame up and had it mostly disassembled but decided it would take to long to do now so putting it back together now so I can make a few trips to the track, Haven't been able to make it there this year yet...working too much. Looks like first chance is in about a week otherwise it will be about 3 mweeks before I can get out there. I'll let you know if I make it how the tire works. The Avon I had feels like a rock compare to the Podium. Should be the ticket though...we'll see... Like the way your bike sits....think I'll do a KZ1000 about the same way...keep it simple...

With mine right now seem's I've got way more tire then HP.

Starting to put the Kz back together minus the front fender because I still need to finish fabricating the front caliper brackets for the big brake upgrade but here it is coming along so far. Took for a short cruise around town because the bike has not seen the road since November of 2012. The picture on the dyno is when I first resurrected the beast in 2010
