Can you imagine the sensation of speed that layout would give you?

Marty, go to www.dragbike.com for the Manufacturer's Cup event schedule & info. Gonna be big,4 Top Fuelers confirmed- McBride, Pollard, Hogan & Hand & I hear a bunch of TF Harleys that want to come & play including Ray Price's 6:14 bike. McBride has a trailer full of motors lined up,ready to go.

Since AMA Dragbike went under in June there has been a huge void in motorcycle dragracing. Everybody is pumped to have a big blowout to end a crappy year & SGMP is killer track. I predict this will be huge - crowd and racing.Always big spectator count at Valdosta.

does the top side of that motor look odd to anybody else,or is it just me?

Look the upper motor mount bolt. It's a giant phillips head. Something makes me think that the bike is a scale model because the metal flake in the paint is also pretty big.

Good catch, I think you got it.

Definitely a model, but an awfully detailed one.

Angus is part of our Storm dragbike team, and is an incredible innovator and engineer. You can see the ground effect skirt on that photo - something we will be adding to Storm at a later date. Jade Warrior had hundreds of pounds of downforce sitting still! Storm will also be using a similar engine - Cosworth DFV based 2000cc, using the same crankcase molds with a custom narrow valve angle head.
