Seeing if I can do it myself. The hole was buggered up so a M8 helicoil was needed. Those look good.

Interesting stuff there. Nice to hear some of the background. My place also has an unseen resident. I once had a small party, horse shoes, keg of beer, maybe 15 people. She locked me out of the house. People who've never lived or spent time in the desert don't appreciate it's beauty. And riding season is 365!
