Quick? What should I do?? was created by z1kzonly
Just seen this in Buffalo, NY area.
Don't have a clue? What they are worth. Another no title bike. But Old Original 2 stroke! Clean & restore basic! Just for a show type piece?
Worry about it later! Weekend sale, most people don't carry $2-3 hundred around to blow. Couple 2-3 Hundreds in their face?
What is this thing worth? Just that? $200? Easy to store for me.

Take a look at the Kawasaki Model Recognition Manual at the first link below. It looks like there's a description of the bike in your link on Page 13. If that's the same bike it has pretty good value. Take a look at the second and third links below. They show the prices ranging from $800 - $1500 for the 1966 J1T and 1967 J1TL. Ed

Yes, I did pick it up. looks like it was sitting awhile. Has a 1973 New York State inspection sticker. Now I have to go back to school!
Got to figure it out? What the hell kind of carb injection system does this thing have? Kawasaki "SUPERLUBE"?? The fuel/air goes in via the top of the crankcase? Not the barrel. And it is an iron cyl barrel has rust.
It actually is original to the day it was built, The Ol' lady kicked my ass again! (LOL) (LOL)

All 2-strokes intake into the crankcase. That's how they work. In fact some Kaw 2-strokes have the carbs mounted inside a cover on the side of the engine. Even though some 2-strokes appear to have conventional carb placement, if you look closely, you'll see the intake goes under the piston, rather than into the head.

Great catch on that bike, though. I think my buddy had one of those for a small while. I'll ask him if there is anything critical you need to know. Once restored it could be a museum piece being pretty rare. Definitely a cool bar hopper.
