I bought it new from a motorcycle dealer in 1980. Today she is still in great condition and runs strong.
I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 Ltd. I bought new. I recently managed to get it out of my garage after 28 years and put it on the road again (2010). I feel like a kid all over again. Since I have acquired 3 78 KZ1000 Ltd, 1 1981 KZ1000 Ltd, and another 1980 KZ750 Ltd. Love the LTD's.

Wow, hell of a nice bike, the 900 is just so well designed, it's the kind of timeless good look you get from certain muscle cars like a 67 camaro, it doesn't matter how many years go by it always looks great :) interesting cast wheels on that too they're a different design to the usual enkie ones where each spoke is more of a plus sign ..:)

Lucky lucky guy! 3 more!! I dream of owning one 900 one day! Although I do love my 1000st, I've been tempted a few times to put 900 bodywork on my st but it would all be wrong, especially with a shaft drive!! Also Lester wheels, that's a name I haven't heard for a while :)
