I got my pics out of my phone into the 'puter so here goes.
After crossing the Mississippi the great state of Minnesota welcomes the traveler.

The same deal when you cross the Bois De Souix River into NoDak.

Another welcome going into SoDak only about 25 miles from the last one.

Pete (goodfastncheap) and I in the parking lot at the Junction Cafe.


This is Bob who took some pics for us. He just happened to be there. He travels with his little dog on an overloaded 'Wing. Nice guy.


Home at last.

On the way back while waiting for a light in Dubuque,IA just before crossing the Mississippi, Arlo Guthries The Motorcycle Song played on the radio. I cranked it, it put a grin on my face that lasted til I got home. It was a great three days ride.

That was me. With as much discomfort as that stuff has saved me from, I figured it would be a good "if needed" add to the kit.

great thread...so there is some kind of ride going....i think i saw another thread where guys are riding....it must be very popular idea...i have seen many threads with this same theme....we should start our own thread and ride guys
