C'mon boys why the hate. I love every bike and every rider. If someone is willing to get on and put their fists in the wind I'm ok with it.
I don't live to ride, I ride to live.

No hate. It's just their attitude. If you're not on a Hog, you're dog vomit. When I tell them I bought Bossie when I was 21, (I'm 60 now) most come up with something lame or stupid to say. F'em

took a ride several years ago as a guest of the local HOG group - 200 Harleys and one Kawasaki! At the end a bunch of the other riders were circled around my KZ900 admiring it - until they saw me watching them LOL
I live near Portland, Oregon and my rider is a '76 KZ900 I bought new. I'm also in the process of restoring another one and a '73 Z1.

if it rolls and goes i like it.
i have a road king i use for long distance comfort.

but when i am riding over to the dragstrip to watch the races,i always ride my z1r.

because ,lets face it people will walk through a sea of harleys to check out a cool old kawi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i was young i remember a bunch of shit talking between jap and harley riders.
nowadays i don't notice it as much.
people seem to be alot more accepting in my experience.

Yeah, at last years Bike Week in PS, people were standing next to a Hog but looking at Bossie so no one would notice. I still got some glares though. A "sea" of Hogs. Only one Kaw.
