Sorry, If you saw my editing changes...i've been all over the place.
I've just realized you may have to install a relay to get voltage your coil needs.
Not hard.
Plenty of people here have done it.
Some of the others can chime in as they have been here longer and know where to find the best instructions for the modification.
If you still have the issue with the weak spark, I'll see if there are some other things we can check.
But first, let's get a relay installed to get your coil the proper power.
Check your spark plug resistance.
It's should be no higher than 5000 ohms.
They both should be pretty close in readings.
Put one probe on the terminal nut. The other probe on the center electrode.

Here is the coil relay mod... I’ve done it, very simple and good insurance.

Thanks Mikaw,
Luis,
Your points electrically seem fine.
One of your readings in the very beginning threw me off. I may still have you check your point gap. Just to rule out a short dwell time.

Both spark plugs are reading roughly 1200Ω. Thank you for the relay suggestion I went ahead and ordered it to install it tomorrow.
Edit: I've checked the points gap and it's set to .35mm which is what the manual suggest, and the points fully touch when closed.
Appreciate the help!

1200 ohms sounds fishy. Most resistor plugs are 5000 ohms, but there may be other values. You should do a quick check on line and verify if that resistance is correct for that plug.

1200 is fine.
He shouldn't need to run a resistor plug.
Just don't ride near Arecibo with the bike.

As a rule, the deal with resistors in the secondary loop is -- you can use resistor sparkplugs, OR resistor caps OR resistor wires, but never more than one of those three. You can, of course, run resistor nothing, keeping in mind that you may really irritate nearby motorists listening to their radio and maybe even the SETI folks and their big dishes.
