New stator and new R/R, battery still won’t charge

Batteries can sometimes still be bad but the bike runs ok.
My battery has been needing replacement since last year.
Fully charged battery, my Reichert refractometer tells me to replace it based on the specific gravity of the electrolyte.
Yet, it starts and runs fine.

compression 150psi
key on engine off 11.9V
cranking 10.4V
idles at 12.3V
4000 rpm 13.4V

This marginal battery working on my specific KZ440 may not work on yours with your setup, but your charging system should be able to keep your bike running once started.
