go to your fuse block
key on/ignition switch on
meter DC V
black probe on negative battery post
red probe both sides of each fuse(put the probe on the terminal that
slides over the fuse not on the metal part of the fuse)
tell me the voltages of each fuse combo.

move your red probe to the metal fins of the engine case.
the voltage will be really low but i need to know that number

Fuse block starting from the end that the wires come out. 5.87, 5.87, 5.87, 6.60, 6.60. Meter still on DC volts red to engine case 0 volts

what is the voltage?
the voltage will be low but i need to know the exact number

ok, so your issue is around this area(pink square).


black probe on negative battery post
red probe on red wire with white stripe
(inside green box connector--do not disconnect--
back probe both sides of the connector)

no voltage at the red/white wire?
black probe on negative battery post?
It will be a 1 into 2 connector.
back probe all 3 wires

back probe both sides of the black wire/yellow stripe
in the blue box with the red probe.
black probe on negative battery post.
Should be less than 0.5V for both sides.

open up your fuse block.
find the fuse with white wire on one side
and a red/white wire on the other side (green box).
black on negative post

red probe both sides of the fuse
voltages?
