ive put kz1000 arms on 650s before dont remember any problems with pivot width though.:whistle:

FOund this in the archives, is a good picture of exactly what I have found so far. Maybe there are some variants on the swingarm widths on these models around the late 70s

the last one i used was an 80 1000 ltd,whats the width on the front of yours lets compare notes,ive got one laying here somewhere.
