Wheel issue?

I just got the tire on my new (used) wheel, from a 1978 650 I believe, and it doesn’t line up. I’ve got a 78 speedo drive and axle but the thing appears to be too narrow by about 5-6 mm. Everything forward of the neck is 78 except the caliper.
The forks appear to be straight and I sighted down the side fork tubes as best I can and everything seems good there.
Checked the parts drawings and it looks like I have the correct spacer on the other side. I’m running a single rotor like the CSR and the caliper lines up just fine. An additional rotor will not add any thinckness to the assembly because the axle doesn't touch it.
Is there a small spacer I’ve missed somewhere?

are those the same spacers that came off your old wheel? ive still got your old hub in the box i havent opened yet,i can look to see if one of your spacers got thrown in there
This is different axle that I picked up with the spacer. The old wheel was an 82 with a different axle size, but good thinkin.

Yea, kinda tried that but it doesn't want to go that far without forcing it. Something's just not right. Maybe it's me?
