Nice job, apart from the chain run. A custom made offset sprocket is $90 around here. If that's still too rich for you you can always cut and weld two sprockets together.

Why spoil the ship for a ha'porth of tar?

The speedo is pretty accurate once I got a small gear reduction box from my local speedo shop. See pic.

try using a gearbox sprocket from a zx10 (the old one!)
or a zzr1100.
these made the chain run fine on my z1100r fitted with zrx swinger and gsxr 4.5 rim.
bolts right on and costs about 10-15 quid.
this is using a 530 chain.

hee hee never touched me!

Well how I mounted the dual headlights at this point is a mute subject because I took them off the bike cuz they draw too much power. The charging system dose not put out enough power to efficiently run the dual headlights. I even installed a larger stator, it helped but they were still not bright enough. So went back to the 7in headlight and poof! just like that problem solved I can now see at night.
