It is very difficult to check your oil level with no center stand. I suggest keeping the pivot bar in there and the stand in an easily accessible spot in case of a disaster.gengomerpyle wrote: kerker here with NO center stand

Swingarm stand, or paddock stand? I have a T-Rex with replaceable ends so you can use spools or cradle right under the swingarm.

same here, I usually have a level handy.baldy110 wrote: I just keep my center stand in the garage and use it when I need to. I check the oil the old fashioned way, stand the bike up with my left hand while looking at the oil window. Been doin it this way for over 30 years now.
