So my questions is what to-do, is it possible to order larger bleed off screws for cars or something?
Can I install an helicoil and then be able to use original bleed of screw?
Please see attached picture for sizes and bolt etc...

I need to look into these, there are a seat now, but I need to see if the size is larger or not, thank you for your advise.

A new OEM bleed screw should be a straight fit.

When I take bleed screw from another calliper it just drop in... so the whole is bigger...
So somebody have made it bigger... so the custom made bleed off screw is larger.
I will figure out what MM it has then order new bleed of screw in the same size.
