Brake lines touch front fender

Any idea to improve/fix these ?

You can turn your brake line connection so the twist tention move it away from the fender.

Have you compared your fender guides to other models? maybe compare yours to the KZ750E or H?

Do you have a exmaple for rigid sleeve, picture/link ?Maybe fit a rigid sleeve over the brake line as it passes through the guide to force it away from the fender ? I had the same problem, but it was because I had lowered the front end causing the lines and cables to bunch up and rub where they normally wouldn't have.

Not sure about the USA but in the UK a twisted flexi-pipe is an MOT failAnother option. Maybe unbolt the caliper, then spin it around? But this may have the opposite effect of forcing the brake lines too far outward. and might stress the brake lines?
