I bought one from a truck stop. 98 diodes. It's bright.

I had a bad duck tail and I cut a strip out of it about 2.5 inches. I the glued the light to the cut piece. Then I glued the cut piece to the duck tail on my bike. It's been on there for a few years. Roy

Made mine from a piece of flat aluminum bent in the vice.

Here is the piece that I thought was cool. Couple snips with the sheetmetal cutters, drill two holes, and a bike plate fills the hole nicely.

I got mine from a guy on the face-book Z1owners emporium, cheaper than the above one at Z-power and powder coated, i used an ER5 light as well.

There is a unit exactly like the one I bought for my project currently listed for $39.95 in Arizona and it is very reasonable and made from stout aluminum.
As I am useless trying to send links etc. it is listed in E Bay under item #113173037697 and there are 3 left.
Good luck.
