I saw that in the gallery. How much work did you have to do to get it to fit. How much gas does it hold.

nt alot of work at all, just had to cut and weld the area around the petcock and it actualy sides right on.

If im not mistaken, the vulcan 800 classic holds exactly 4 gallons in the tank, including reserve.

you dont have to stay in the Kawasaki line, as shown here is a pic of my 86 ZL900 with the 4+gal honda shadow tank,


here is a pic of my 85 zl900 stock ~2.5~ gal


I like the looks of the big flat sided tank that was off of a KZ1300? correct?
