Yes, one freaking madman causing all this, sadly with supporters in the US. 
The Ukraine will be getting many new tanks also, which will help.

Right Bilpco.
Let's say the trucks at the checkpoint was not only loaded with baby formula. I spotted some really cool presents from Canada.

And sad to say we also have some less intelectual gifted individuals here in the far north.
