My favorite bike was for a long time the gold Spectre I even put money down on one in the eighties but ended up buying a honda magna instead a purely monetary decision at the time

Yes. Go to www.zedder.com then to bike specs by cc then by model and see where yours falls...remember the true VIN by which model is determined is the frame VIN, so look that up.:)
