Now that I am starting my KZ1000 project, I have lost the magazine that had a great article about a bike/guy from conneticut. It was about a 1 1/2 years ago and it was at a Marcus Dairy bike run. The KZ was very red, worked engine, front forks from a zr1 (?) black enamel engine, extended swing arm and more, included was much info on venders he used and so forth. Anyone remember this article or the name of this mag? thanks...paul

Hi Paul, Welcome to KZR.
I moved your thread over to this forum. It will probably get more responses here.
Now you have to go back to the new member section and re intro yourself. If you want that is.

Sorry, Paul, but most of us here have little notes laying around everywhere from where we misplaced our reminders...

Does that mean you guys are as old as me and lost this mag too!!! say it aint so. I though my post might be in the wrong thread, but, I am glad you are trying to help me. That article had a lot of local info on venders and ideas. I am sure there is much more info on this forum and am looking forward to having alot of fun restoring this bike and getting help and giving help on this forum.

Which magazine was it? Check their web site and do a search for the article. You might be able to order a back issue or a reprint of the article.
