Hello everyone,
Tomorrow I will be looking at an 82 KZ750 Specter I am looking to make a trade for. I have not had a motorcycle since I was 17 (30 now) and I have been searching for a KZ project. I have already been snooping a lot on this site, especially for ideas from everyone's awesome builds! I have just the picture from the add so far but I was too excited to wait for tomorrow haha.
I pretty much have come to an agreement for the trade and we are both happy so far, but its a bit of a drive so tomorrow will be the first time seeing it in person and then hopefully trailer it home next week. Anyway, wanted to introduce myself since you guys have giving me lots of info just buy reading the forum, and if this bike doesn't work out I will have to continue the search!

So the old Rocker gets out his bike to make a ton before he takes his leave. Up on the A1 by Scotch Corner
just like it used to be. And as he flies --- tears in his eyes ---
his wind-whipped words echo the final take and he hits the trunk road doing around 120 with no room left to brake.

Paperwork is done, deal made, picking it up Friday. I will have plenty of pics Kwaker2000 lol. And I just went on Z1 enterprises and got the stuff I knew I wanted to replace no matter what. Front and rear master cyl rebuild kits, pads and caliper kits. So I officially lasted 1.5 hours after signing the paperwork before buying parts...
