OK thanks I will. Anyone ever fix by JB welding one of the nipples on a petcock valve. The L shaped nipped came out of the petcock valve

Use LOCTITE 620 / 638 / 641 / 648 to secure the nipple.

Thanks one final question about that nipple. It looks like there might have been an o ring on the end ? Also that little screen filter is damaged ya thing it should be replaced because all the rebuild kits don’t have the screen. Thanks.

There should be a screen filter on the primary also. I haven’t found a good source for them. Hopefully another member might know

Thanks I was thinking the same thing. Only replacement that don’t require grinding a bigger hold in the tank are Chinese junk

Pingle is a good option. Pretty much install it and forget it. I have them on my bikes. Get the single outlet feed. Less chance of a leak. You can get 5/16 stainless elbow and tees from beverage wholesale to route the fuel lines nice.

This is really nice fuel line, thank you Nessism!

You may want to call this place. They sell petcock filters for Yamaha bikes and I suspect they will also fit Kawasaki petcocks. Ed
