Unless the plug was removed during a high speed plug chop the colour only indicates running conditions at idle.
If this is the case then the pilot/idle mix may need richening slightly which can usually be done on the mixture screw.

Ideally you want a light turn of soot on the base ring and a tan earth electrode with a colour change near the bend.
The one on the right is near perfect.
The other three are slightly rich so lean off the pilot mix on those cylinders.
This could also be caused by high float levels in those three carbs.

The plugs are still black at 1 1/4 turn. What can cause that if all the carbs were at 1 1/2 turn out before?! Why the 4cylinder is perfect and the 3 others are black?! Engine is brand new..

Have you replaced the choke plunger seals (Zed1015 does these also) looking at your dyno graph you look rich at the bottom end- and a little "lean" between 3000-4000 the rest of the way up looks great (are you on stock needles ?)

Humm no the plungers are the same as 1979 and stock needle too .. my guy said that pilot transition to main is difficult to tune with stock needle?!! I Don’t know that point

The "transition" is around the point where you are "lean" - "Dynojet" needles may help this but I don't know for sure unless any other members have fitted the "Dynojet" parts and can comment ??
