As uncomfortable as it looks I think it would be better than an original Z1 seat.  But I have to admit that a lot of my discomfort was caused by arthritic hips, both of which have been replaced by spiffy new ball and socket joints.  Much easier to sit nowadays.

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

I never have a problem with factory seats, even on hours long rides, though many complain about the same seat.
I also ride a bicycle so the way I see it, if I can spend all day on a seat the size of my hand, by comparison, a motorcycle seat is like sitting on a sofa.
I guess at least after a day in the saddle of your motorcycle you don't need to massage "nut butter" into your delicate parts
So do you spread it on your nuts???

indeed you do, still I'm not surprised if you had been sitting on this all day. "Improved comfort"

That bike seat looks more like some kind of torture device.

My bicycle seat is twice as wide and half as long.

Maybe squirrel nut butter in your local, but here in the US of A we use this!

Don't be ridiculous! It's only a flesh wound!
