Ride comparison - Supercharged v. KZ

Some people have commented or asked about the supercharged KZ1000 I have, stating that it must be really fast. My answer is that they should ride a new 1000RR or Busa and see what fast is.

Well, today I had the absolute pleasure in riding the supercharged bike. All cleaned, new Pirelli rubber and a gorgeous day. First off the Demon tires let it just flop with confidence into the turns, then the smoothness of the ride was more then I remembered. After a short 5 mile trip, I returned to check the bike over. Need to snug the chain a bit more and pulled the plugs to find an absolute perfect burn... made my day!

Then I took out my 1075 KZ. WHAT A SHOCK:huh: The bike was noticeably slower, and the suspension SUCKS! This bike is a solid runner and I couldn't believe how slow it felt compared to the supercharged bike. That may sound like a "duh" statement, but I never realized how fast the bike was, since I rarely compared it to anything in a close time frame.

Now I'm looking to change the rubber on the 1075 bike and get some new rear shocks.

lol i would love to see the supercharged bike in person..


i was messing with a 08 busa with a 240 kit today(lauching it in the parking lot at over 6krpms) even with all that weight and with bad wheel spin.it still would eat my z1 off the line.. well back when it had the 1015 motor in it..

well see once i get the 06 600rr motor running:woohoo:

So what's a super-charger worth,and where can a person find one(and info)?

Christmas isn't too far off,and I'd like to get one for Tony.
