wow...must be a trip when you see another bike coming....looks like some wide open country...thanks for the photo of your kaw pastures.....great...mountains in the distance and the dif colors...thanks

funny how that looks a lot like southern alberta in august,must be because we are so close

Thanks, I boosted the contrast and lowered the exposure on that. I wanted it to kinda look like a postcard. My Daughter in law took the picture from the back of my sons bike. The other rider waved btw.
Timebomb, thats not too far south of you. SE of Stanford. And it was middle August.:P

Definitelly some great rides up there (weather permiting). If I ever had the chance I would love to ride the route from Sandpoint, Idaho over to Thompson Falls, Montana. I got to drive it, but I couldn't help thinking what a ride it would be. My other would be to ride from St Maries, Idaho to St Regis Montana. I rode part of that one on a dual sport XR500.

I've gotta stop now before end I take a leave of absence from work to move back north for a summer's worth of riding.

Great picture! Enjoy the riding up there once the season changes from mud to dust.
