Broken oar on the Fox River a place that all kind of bikers hang at with bikes that cost more than the Dahmer price. I dunno exactly where it is but around Barrington/Elgin area I would say.

Well, I do believe he is selling that bike. It does look nice and rides good but.... no comparison to my Z. He is selling it for 3500. Not a bad deal considering how nice and original the bike is minus the pipe and tires of course. I just don't like the look at all. This was hondas response or copy of the Z? :S

there is one complete in the back of a slow shop here all covered in dust...i asked and the owner of the shop says it will get lein saled if he ever gets around to it....to many bikes no cheese to blow on em and no space....i'm sure it sits there and i bet 9-1100 would get er ....and a little nudging.....oh well...same color and clean too....

Hey Saxjons, just saw this post. Looks like ya'll had a great ride! But I thought you guys had Javiar talked into buying a KZ when you rode down last year. Did he sell his Indian?

I asked my buddy who loves honda and he told me the same about his bike. He liked it but said that when I was on my zep11 I spanked him so bad he sold it. lol timebomb33 wrote:

He just spent about 6-7 grand on it. Maybe more I get confused at all the things he did to the bike. New whitewall tires a paint job to the tune of about 2500 or more, new perches that were around a grand, a comp clutch another grand just for the clutch. What else. Ok Port Barrington. lol Yeah so you already know. Then that means we are close in proximity which then means that this Sunday we need to get together and ride with the guys. We are looking for somewhere to go maybe we will head out that way and then, perhaps, we could meet up and ride somewhere we haven't been before. I love the fox river it is very scenic.

I'd love to go riding but my swingarm is off the bike and I have no chain among other things. I could try and convince my father to go out with his KZ650 but I'll be in my car

Looks like crappy weather in the forecast. Tomorrow we are going to stick close to the city and do something around here. But let me know when you get your bike back together. Looks like I should have mine back by this time next week or in in the middle of the week after. Anxious to see what a .401 cam grind and a 1075 will do in comparison to the stock 1015 with smoothbores.
