Local bridges was created by bluej58
Took a ride around the neighborhood and visited some bridges.
I got the idea from a thread over in chit chat but I know a lot of you guys don't go there so here they are, more later.

( stolen from Wiki )
The Red Covered Bridge is a wooden covered bridge that runs over Big Bureau Creek, north of Princeton, Illinois. It was originally built in 1863, at a cost of $3,148.57. The 149-foot (45 m) span is one of five remaining covered bridges in Illinois, and it is still open to traffic. It was once part of the Peoria-Galena Trail.

The bridge was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on April 23, 1975.[1]

Nice Bluej58, that has always been the type of riding I enjoyed. Visiting small historic towns for lunch or land marks. Funny thing about the covered bridges. KZ_Rage had mentioned about photo ops on their hand offs. I turned the Google photos on in their hand off area(which I like to do for these hand offs to get a sense of what the members are experincing) and saw some covered bridges. Didn't know they were common in the Midwest.

Oh yeah, real nice through there, you really have to take it easy though, make a mistake and it could be a bad one, into a rail or off a cliff :woohoo:

I would like to do a youtube vid of the park some day.
