What is the largest you can bore out a 650. I just bought ".040" over pistons and rings and want know if I can go bigger than that if I need to later. Also, will I have to rejet. The bike is stock with the following exceptions:
Dyna S ignition
Dyna coils(green)
Kerker header with baffle
K&N air filter

I currently have 110 mains and 15 pilots.
Thanks

I think your next step oversize would have to be a Wiseco 720(?) kit, I don't believe Kawasaki lists an oversize piston past 1 mm, (.040"). If you have the $$ (I think around $700 or so), JE will make whatever oversize you specify :)

As long as you are just increasing displacement and not making any other changes, I doubt that you will have to change the jets. The only way to know for sure, is to check it :)

I dont think .040 is going to make any changes in air fuel mixture, if you change compression, cams, carbs, pods, header , then the mixture will need to be adjusted

720cc is as big as you can go, but no one makes that kit anymore. Wiseco still makes a 700 kit.
