Oil pan bolt pattern

There are two sizes of bolts on the oil pan. Where do the longer ones go? Shop manual only shows a few bolts and location diagram is sketchy.  Thanks for help. 

Each screw should stick out above the surface roughly the same amount before threading them in.  Hopefully, the engine is on the bench, and upside down.  Juggle the screws into the various holes, making sure they are all equal, then snug them down.
