Good day to all! I just joined the forum and this is my first post. I had this message in the new member forum.

I have a 1993 Kawasaki KZ 1000 police bike that I am customizing. I’m trying to find an aftermarket exhaust either a four and one or a four into two.

I reach out to Delkavic and Z1 and they say there’s only fit the earlier model.

Any guidance would be great and even better if anybody had anything for sale that would be great as well. Thank you in advance for any kind of guidance! Best and have a good day.

Pretty much any KZ900 or 1000 exhaust will bolt up to the engine, and clear the sump.  The wild card is how the muffler anchors, and with the P bike, how the pipe clears the saddle bags and floor boards.

Great news. I had a gut feeling that that would be the case. Thank you for the quick reply and have a great holiday weekend.

Looks like my V/H 4-1 would work on the KZP I'm working on. Only thing would be the rear mount but that's doable.

Thank you, Steve. Would love to see a picture of your bike when it’s done. Mine was sitting in a guys shop for four years during Covid and then I finally found someone to help me finish it and we’re almost at the finish line.

if anyone out there has a Vance and Hines four to one for sale I’m interested!

Happy 4th!

Steve

Hello,

I ordered a 4 into 1 from Delkevic in the hopes it will fit. They have a 30 day return so if they don't fit I would be interested in the Factory P pipes. Is there a link so I could check them out in the meantime? If the Factory P pipes fit better I could just return the other once it arrives...

Thank you for your email...

I looked last night and it looks like the collector is below the frame. Plenty of room for under the floorboards.
I'll get a pic later.

Bu sure the Delkevic fits the same way. The V/H sidewinders stick way out and right turns are limited.
