Yeah the big deal in the ZRX world. I have been watching your thread and you used a ZRX1100 swing arm. With the stock wheels, the ZRX1100 has the front and rear wheels directly in-line. I don't know how much varience, but pretty much dead on if you measure. Now the ZRX1200 like I am using has the rear wheel offset to one side by about 10mm. This was due to Kawi going to a 5.5" rear wheel and a 180 tire vs. 5.0" rear wheel and a 170 rear tire on the ZRX1100. In order to not mess with the frame and transmission, they slid the rear tire over to the right to keep chain alingment. I have my swing arm centered in the bike, and now with my custom spoked wheel, just centered that up so it is inline like the ZRX1100. All in all, it may not make a big deal to most riders as long as both wheels are in the same plane of alingment, but since I could, I moved them. I never did JIG my frame, so I am taking measurements from common points on the frame, so lord know I have not gotten it to the accuracy of your build!

So here is a quickie update. Didn't get much done this weekend due to a death and deer hunting opener..... First I mounted up my turn signal mounts I made. I first put them in the orientation I had intended, but didn't quite like them. Also, the higher on the fork, they hit the tank.
First orientation:
Then I thought about flipping them upside down, and I think I like them.....
Detailed side views....
I think I am going to keep them this way. Going to think of a nice way to hide the wiring and then trim off the excess threaded stalk that protrudes through the mounting block. Also, got my new 3/8" offset front sprocket, and everything with chain alignment is good to go without having to notch the frame. It is a little on the close side from chain rivet to tire sidewall edge, but I feel it will be fine as is. Still waiting on my cush drive center to be finished "gratis" at work, so until that gets here.......

Leon,
I can check the primary lengths, but my guess is that they may be off by a slight amount, most likely less than an 1". I do not have a Kerker to compare to, but I do have a Vance & Hines and another unknown vintage header.
This design appears to be more centered under the bike, with tubing routing around oil filter access. Most of the other systems I have tend to follow the RH side of the bike.
As far as construction, all mandrel bends, TIG'd welded, and what appears to be a nice solid Stainless Steel tubing used throughout. II the manufacturer states it is a wall thickness (minus the head pipe starter tubes) 1.5mm which would equate to .059" or about a 1/16" / 17ga. I have not mic'd it, but that looks to be right.
It comes with gaskets, high temp silicone for slip joints, and rubber sleeved retaining springs. Nice heavy SS flanges as well.
I like Kerker / Supertrap and have used their exhaust on other applications. The over $600 price tag simply because of the name did not sit well with me. In addition, I wanted a slightly different look for my bike and to use the SS Cone Engineering reverse Meg. So far, I would not hesitate to recommend this header kit for those of us who are willing to do our own silencers. It has a 2.5" or 60mm output connection on the mid pipe BTW.
I will say the Delkevic silencers for the KZ family may be well constructed, but look ugly IMHO.
When you figure it was going to cost me $150-$200 to have my previous mild steel system coated, plus another $60 for header clamp plates, then gaskets, etc.... This was a no brainer for me.
FWIW,

Hey thanks! Where have you been!? We went 10 for 10 this year.
Mind the blood for those who care....
This is the second one I shot on the opener. Not a monster rack (nice 10pts), but he was over 200lbs dressed.
