found an 84 kz700 rear 18" for $100 shipped is that a good deal or should i pass. looking at the parts list it looks to be a direct swap. Am i wrong?

It’s probably one of the easier fits and the price sound fair if it’s a nice strait rim. But you still need to make sure you get the wheel centered.
Get a 18’ KZP wheel to the front and you are all done. I put a 18’ front wheel on my old Gpz750R1 -82 that I used as a rack bike and I found it much more neutral when cornering hard.

Darn, the 18’ rear wheels looks like a really hard find, :blink: fleebay is full of 16’but only one butt ugly 18' for 100US, too bad it doesn’t make sense to ship the one I have standing around. :pinch:

there are a bunch with drums and a bunch of 16's but not many disk 18's
