Chain and sprockets:
Good clearance on both sides, need 2 mm of the hub to get better alignment.
Have about 5-6mm between tire and chain so that will be ok.

02 Aug 2016 10:34You can flip the rear sprocket around if it's flat on the inside and dished on the outside. It won't gain much but it will be something.
Bike looks a lot like my '78 1000 I've been tinkering on.

Could not resist and went to the shed to take a look at my rear sprocket.
And yes if I flip it, it will give me another 1,5 mm.
Maybe that will be enough but than I wil have a not so shiny side visible and looks are important :laugh:
