From the text of the article:

"A consumer alert for anyone who rides a motorcycle. Michelin is recalling nearly 20,000 motorcycle tires in the U.S. and Canada. The company says there's potential for trouble with the tread. If you're going faster than freeway speed, there could be tread separation or loss, and ultimately unstable riding conditions. Michelin says tire replacement is free."

This recall only affects the Pilot Power and Pilot Power 2CT tires with the DOT codes of DOT 6UCW 980T or DOT 6UCW 979T.
