Not to bad looking of a bike for the price, and with a little TLC and $$$ could be a nice daily rider.
Since it isn't running and the carbs/tank need cleaning, I'd probably only offer him $200 for it.
So Rick, what prompted you into looking for bikes (650's in particular) in MN?
Are you planning on moving there, or just extra happy with your recent KZ650 bike/parts score and trying to round up all of the remaining KZ650's nationwide?
