rstnick - Thanks, and yes you certainly were.
Paint on my bike starts tomorrow, then its just getting some small items on and Ill be riding (hopefully by Monday), the bike wont be even close to done but I sold my car last week and now I'm out of wheels. Not sure what to do for the headlight yet though. I'm not using the original fairing, Id like to find some old round headlight, we should have had a couple RD350 headlights around but haven't been able to find them. then as I go I can work on it bit by bit. If any of you locals have one let me know.

If its broken, fix it. If its not broken, fix it till it is.

Went to the CVMG meet at Famous Sam's Sunday morning.
I usually show, have some breakfast, check out the bikes, and go for a ride if there's time.
Some of the bikes there, and the GPz1100 and ZRX1200 I rode with:

Great photos. Quite a diverse group of very cool bikes. Thanks for posting Rob.
Those Yammys, the white one anyway, look like LC''s from the early 80s.
Ah the smell of a 2 stroke
anyone going to the CVMG swap meet in Paris in June?

For sure
I plan to be there also barring a downpour or dead bike. Probably mid morning to maybe mid afternoon. This year they are featuring the Goldwing. I have a KZR patch on the sleeve of my jacket so will suggest look for me (old guy grey short grey beard, KZR patch) in the big building just inside the front gate where they should have the wings lined up at say 12:30pm +/- 15 minutes

As long as my replacement bits are here and installed, I am also in for a ride to Paris. I don't even know exactly where that is, but it sounds good.
Failing the parts showing up on time, perhaps I will just say screw having turn signals, bolt on the head light, and flap my arms around at any turn in the road. It works for the HD crowd right?
Cheers!
