Yeah maybe right. If the inner race is not moving, then the wheel is rotated around it any how.

Jeff (Z1E) got me rethinking about how I was going about things. Most I already do but when it comes to carb sync, I'll have to try it his way. Thanks Jeff.

After putting in the mosfet R/R the white and Green plugs are not used, And The 1000 ltd Works great with just 2 wires in the blue plug for neutral switch light and the oil light, brown plug on the pig tail Its the same in the 76900 Your set to jet pard , freebee no cheep imitations. and yes plugs go in the bucket up front. If you need a picture just ask .Ill be placing block in the floor of the greenhouse and taking out the lawn for an 18x20' slab of concrete 4 yards of mud, I'm supposed to be RETIRED!!

I always liked the fact the Z1 harness didn't have that rats nest in the headlight. My Honda had it. What a mess.
If I decide to use this one the 9 pin will be in the same place as the one I have, just a little longer. Should be a fun project.
The small rectangle connector is for the beeper I will leave out. Sounded like a drowning duck. Looks like this one had the same problem mine had. Bad regulator and rectifier. Mine was shorted so I used a XS650 rectifier in it's place. The stock regulators were just plain junk. Went with the later style R/R and the issues stopped. I still have them but they were slow to build up to 14.5V while riding so I took Ed's advice and went with the Mosfit. Got sold two knockoffs. Both shorted and one ruined my stator. With his help I got two good used ones. They work great and I have a spare.
Now to find a battery that isn't made in CHINA.
BTW, When I was estimating concrete I used the S/F divided by 88 at 4" deep. That would give me 18X20=360 S/F /88=4.09 yards.
Have fun playing in the mud.
Thanks again.
