Much better tool. The brick wall I felt was the valve seat cast into the head. Good place to stop. I have a plan on how to resurface the plug land so the gasket will seal against the head. More to come. B)

This project had gone from a part time hobby to all or nothing commitment leaving everything else to wait. Just when I think I have it all sorted out something else pops up. I didn't even make my donation this month. I needed every $ I had in case something else was needed. What was to be a 3-4 day build turned out to be TWO WEEKS. With the wheel bearings hopefully things will get back to normal again.
BTW, the next fund drive will start in March.

Still trying to get to stay sealed. Might have to pull the head again.

I give you Credit Steve! You just get in there and do it! A little crude, but, you get it done! I have parts projects that sit over a year, just to list on ebay. Trying to make potential money. Go beat it up for me!

Suspected the clutch was slipping at 7000 RPM. Switched back to the stock actuator.

Also picked up a new project.
