Maybe they had some negative contact with other riders but no need to be rude. Now I'll bet they think I'm the rude one.

Maybe it was the first time that rider had ridden. In any case, he was quite rude. I couldn't see his plate, but here's a link to some examples of Swiss plates. Ed

I try to be courteous and give them their space but they seemed content being behind that truck. I kept watching if they would pass it but they didn't. I don't like being hidden behind large vehicles. Prescription for disaster. :pinch:
Same red cross as on the plates in your link. I'd liked to have talked to them a bit. Could have suggested some cool places to rest.
Oh well, they'll be talking about that "Yank" on his Kawasaki if they could read the badge on the tank as I went by.

The third trip was the charm. Had to go to Fastenal in Victorville to get a 6M tap and incerts for my daughter's car. I wouldn't be caught dead in VICTORVILLE yet alone one of these places. Glad I went. B)

My neighbor and his buddies are tearing up the approch to my road. Next I'll get some private road signs and close it off.

Some of the horror stories are true but if you show due respect they'll leave you alone.

The bike doesn't smell like gas. I think it was her way to tell me she didn't approve of my parking there.
