Looks like CB450 or CB500 twin landed in a pile of diversity and was beat into submission with a drunk ugly stick. Love the way they "formed" the frame to make it a hard tail and the offset front downtube. Don't really know what to make of the C-clamp and chain on the rear fender mount/sissy bar.

It's amazing the crap some folks try to get away with on eBay. Thankfully, there are a lot of honest folks there too, but the rip-off types make one realize he must not just rely on the eBay description since so many times those descriptions are wrong. Ed
