Tried to put the 2 pictures of the Kerker header last. I've replaced that I replaced. Somebody really messed them up patching like they did. Trying to get my little brother to fix them right he's a great welder. Hope I can anyway..

I went with the Delkevic stainless system. Sounds mean , I'll have to behave around town will attract unwanted attention , some wanted some not. Thanks. Perry

I have ordered a Delkevic stainless header for my Z1B to get rid of my rusty, crusty MARVING header.
perrykz1000, your MC front brake line to the caliper routing looks very doubtful!!!

Replaced all three lines upper and both lower brake lines. Finally got the brakes bled. replaced brake fluid on the front and back brakes too. Thanks for pointing out the brake lines to me !!!!! Is there a trick to bleeding the front brakes. I used alot of fliuid bleeding the front brakes. I did tie the front lever off and that did help get the pedal(lever) back , then bled the brakes. Almost went to get one of those vacuum brake bleeders. Scirocco , thanks again for the help.

A big single-use syringe do the same job as a vacuum brake bleeder tool for less money
Works perfect every time i have to bleed the brake lines.

To save a lot of brake fluid during the bleeding procedere push back the piston complete into the caliper and lock him with a suitable pice of wood.
This will reduce the volume and squezze the air bubbles near to the bleeder hole and speed up the bleeding.
