No Spark KZ750LTD

I have a 1981 Kz750LTD, with no spark. I have tested the coils they are good. the plug wires are good, and even the pickup coils test within spec. The last thing is the IC igniter. Now i cant get anything out of it for ohms. This is the only thing i can think of that is bad.
Can anyone help me?

Are you getting near battery voltage at the coils?

Yes. Im getting full power to everything

have you checked voltage at coils while cranking???? ..I have never seen battery voltage at coils...always a few tenths or more with just the wireloom resisteance
