Kawasaki KZ650 Engine Swap - VIDEO - What could go wrong ?

Swapping a classic motorcycle engine is a simple weekend job.
Not on my 1977 Kawasaki Z650 B1.
In fact it turned into a nightmare.

It's all part of the "rich tapestry" which is classic vehicle ownership. Good to see you got it sorted

Sorted and more over I've done over 1500 trouble free miles, on the "new" engine
 

Thanks for sharing ! i nice video i leart that the regulator can catch on fire . I know the regulator rectifier connector often melts on many bikes .I had one that did that and replaced the connector plug with big amp spade end plugs.  Also started watching your trip to finland and back.
