Big shout-out to BoZ650 for the Kawasaki Manual and Haynes Manual on CD. This was "above and beyond the call".

By the way, the OEM 1977 KZ650-B1 Shop Manual is fantastic, very detailed and covers the B1 only... there are even cross-sectional diagrams carbs. Got me details, details, details! :woohoo:

Anyone out thare have a schematic for the 1984 ZN1100 they can post? I would like to use the instrument cluster on my 81 CSR1000 and would like to wire it in.

i also would like to have the manual for the 77 kz650b-1
in any format! could someone show me were to download this or i can give you a e-mail to send to or whatever you need to get this to me! i lost mine in moving and cant find it (brand new and used once )

I bought the "shop" manual from the dealer and feel ripped off. its got good info and all its just not worth the 75 bux I paid for it

go to file base for the Z1 manual.... covers ~ 98% the same as your 78 KZ1000 and my 76 KZ900.

If your '77 KZ650 is a B1 here is the manual. If it is a C1 there are a few differences - mainly the wheels & brakes. Ed
