Finally had some time today . Got the gpz1100 Cams Installed . And installed the manifold and Kick starter cover drain.

I was just thinking about your cover.
If you are going to use stock foot pegs and brake pedal as shown in the old picture of my bike you should look into widening your brake pedal. THe MTC cover will keep your foot from being able to fit over the brake pedal correctly. I added to my pedals width by welding on a half of a pad I cut off another extra pedal. Since then I have gone to rear sets made by Les Holt at PDM which you can see in the picture I posted at the beginning of your thread. Now would be the time to do this as fishing for the rear brake while on boost is to late

Does anyone have torque specs for dynamo rotor bolt. Factory manual says 51-54 foot lbs. It has to be wrong I have broke two bolts off in crank but was able to get them out.

Found it!! The 1977 specs are 16.5 - 19.5 FT LBS. Thanks Patton
